The curse: God made Men the "Head" of the relationship

  What was the world like before the fall of Adam and Eve? If we dive into the history of people, all the way to the beginning, we know that God created man and women as equal and without sin. They were to take care of the world and animals, in perfect harmony. And live in righteousness with God in Eden with everything they need and want within reach; with no hurt or pain or brokenness within. 

    Once they took from the serpent however, they had to leave God and go on their own. This made them their own gods; meaning they make their own decisions and choices without God within them. They experienced failure and basically every door was then opened from then on out. Hate, death, turmoil all followed suit because of it.

     Further more from there, we see in the bible rape, not being faithful between people, and sexual contact with whomever, without a second thought as to it having ties/connections as a result; as well as our offspring; which produces the rise of diseases, lust, betrayal, loyalty within a union, ie, man and woman coming together to be one. Also, it eventually gives rise to sexual confusion of all sorts among other problems. 

    Also when couples do find love and get married they can view it in light of many vantage points that takes away from how it was intended, such as: a business transaction, family traditions, ei parents choice, lust mistaken for love, society norms ei, what is the latest trend (women after money, men after youth, etc), and of course the very american one- getting pregnant. Whichever way the hand is dealt it all equals to a foundation that is not planted on solidity. And to unravel it back to right becomes impossible and lost to history as a new normal is then received.

     So as humans have been “god-ing” their whole lives without the One and Only true God, then you can see after six-thousand years how it can be worse than a disaster that we now have at hand. The bible has many examples of how the world has become time after time… We have gotten so off target and point, I mean there are a million examples we all give. Of how men and women after the fall have been severely separated from God and have gotten off course because of doing our own thing. I'm sure we can all look at some point in our life and realize we screwed up as men and women “rolls” go.

     The good thing is, is that we acknowledge this and do better and therefore will then return to God to guide us to correction and honor for ourselves and others for the best interest of everyone so no more pain and wrong follows after. I mean would you want to eat chicken that hasn't been seasoned?,  no. But yet here we are going around not making sure we are properly cooked right. 

    When Adam and Eve chose to take from the serpent it opened up curses/ punishments from God because of that decision they made, one being the man is to be the head of the relationship, taking away from the equality of how it was before, but instead of leading the relationship to glory men have had a track record of one side loyalty they expect from their partner and not reciprocate the same actions. Whereas God was more so trying to show that men need to take responsibility and stand up, because as we know Adam blamed everything purely on Eve and didn't take responsibility, so I see it as God placing a curse on Adam to show how he leadership is very selfish in general. And for Eve it is a punishment to have to deal with so much pain due to the leadership decisions of the man, and also when it was the chance to do things together she chose to talk him into taking the fruit so it was kind of like a double whammy hit for her, as well.

   So while it's true that we are suffering from the fall and curses from Adam and Eve, we can improve and be one with our partners  how God intended to begin with. God has provided the way for our childbearing to be less painful and other parts of the curse to be less severe and I know he wants the same for the relationship of man and woman, it's just, do we want it?
